After more than a year, the hardest that Israel has ever faced, I finally find myself returning to this space.
For the past year, I've spent over 250 days in reserve duty (miluim), serving alongside over 300,000 other reservists in Israel's war with Hamas and Hezbollah. I stepped away from my family, my work, my friends, and everything else normal, to protect our Homeland not just out of necessity, but out of commitment and understanding of the historical significance of the times we live in.
Amid all we've endured since October 7th, 2023, everyone here lives in a dual reality - a profound grief for those lost and praying for the return of those held hostage while portraying a resilience no other nation could ever live up to.
It is with this spirit that I return to my passion and to share the beauty of Israel with you, and whoever sees the images and stories I have shared over the past few years. On the one hand, we are still hurting. On the other hand, we are unbreakable.
My "Point of View" portfolio has always been about revealing the secret, lesser-known stories of Israel. Today, to me these images carry an even deeper significance. They're not just photographs of places; they are the testament to what Israel was before Oct 7th, what it still is today, and what it will always continue to be - a homeland to a people who, like its country, far exceed expectations.

Much has changed since October 2023. One year on, life in Israel will never go back to what was. But alongside our grief, we will only grow in strength.
